Monk is my last job to level, 65 and counting, and it now has my full attention outside of raids. What I have left of side quests is a small piece of Peaks and full Lochs from Stormblood, Il Mheg, Tempest and Rak’tika in full from Shadowbringers and a small bit of Ultima Thule – my monk will clear that up. I used side quests as a big source of XP, and it is really a great and effective way to level up in addtition to roulettes – too bad it’s a one-time thing, so it doesn’t work with alt jobs. Styrgeim the Roegadyn has reached Summoner/Scholar level cap yesterday, this was nice to complete by the next patch. Obviously, I’m farming Abyssos further – and I think they don’t remove weekly loot restrictions yet, so I’m gearing up, slow and steady, without chain raid farming until 6.3. All in all, this is a dark horse, this.Īs for the pre-patch stuff: my journey and activities continue. And I’m not a challenge player – remember that? So testing and pushing my limits is always out of question. I don’t care for getting ilvl gear except it’s a raid gear, and I wonder if there will be glams worth acquiring. I’m very eager to try it for trying sakes and see whatever lore they put there, but it’s a question of whether I’ll farm it and what the rewards are. I have a very vague idea what it is and how it works, except for there will be one new dungeon at launch, and it will have an adjustable difficulty and suitable for 1-4 players, role doesn’t matter. The next major stuff for the patch is Criterion dungeons. So my guess is that for relic weapons we shall be working with Loporrits (and relocated Garleans, as seen in meta-role questline?)… but then again, it’s Hildibrand, so anything could happen. I wish they removed unnecessary pauses and close-up character reaction shots in-between gags, then the whole thing would be just perfect.Ī quick reminder: Hildibrand landed at Mare Lamentorum and met an alien when we last saw him: If only they didn’t linger so much at slow-mo scenes and stuff, because any successful slapstick is about a quick gag sequence without letting to take a breath. Depending on farming requirements, it maybe my primary activity for the patch – or it could take just a couple of weeks for all jobs? We shall see about that.Īs for Hildibrand itself, I’m enjoying the thing in general, which becomes better and better by every next expansion. We get a new set of slapstick Hildibrand adventures (1-1,5 hour with cutscenes), which will result in acquiring and farming relic weapons. Thank you.The patch itself is not that much to me, as the content is kinda scarce. We may also include links to affiliate stores, which gives us a small commission if you purchase anything via them.
